The Vice President, Financial Analysis will assist the Senior Vice President (SVP), Financial Analysis in all facets of NEF’s year-end project reporting process, which involves managing a team that collects and analyzes all project level tax returns and audits. This role is also responsible for managing a team that performs financial analysis of annual quarterly project financial statements in support of the asset management department. The VP will work very closely with Fund Accounting and Asset Management in performing these functions. 

The Vice President, Originations, will originate low-income housing tax credit investments. This position will represent NEF and manage the production workload in the designated region. The VP, Originations will be responsible for structuring transactions in a manner consistent with Investor expectations, ensure long-term project viability, and meet NEF’s mission. They will be successful in working independently and collaboratively across departments to structure and negotiate transactions.

The Asset Manager, Structured Finance, will be a member of the Asset Management Department and will be a high caliber relationship manager and problem solver. This role oversees all aspects of property and asset management from the closing stage through to the final disposition of loans and partnerships within Structured Finance.

The Modeling Manager will be responsible for review of excel spreadsheet for Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects at the time of initial bid and throughout the project life cycle to ensure accuracy and optimization of the model to address tax and underwriting issues and meet investor needs. This role will work in a collaborative team environment to troubleshoot and redesign models, as needed, including designing, managing, and adapting NEF’s primary underwriting spreadsheet model.
