The Head of Project Management provides strategic leadership for NEF's Project Management department, overseeing the closing investment lifecycle across NEF's LIHTC, Structured Finance, and Predevelopment business lines. This executive is accountable for underwriting quality, transaction execution, operational excellence, and the leadership and development of the underwriting and closing organization while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

The Managing Director, Asset Resolution and Dispositions leads NEF's asset resolution and disposition strategy, overseeing a team responsible for managing troubled partnerships, mitigating portfolio risks, and executing investment exits. Working closely with asset management teams, investors, and external stakeholders, this role develops and implements solutions that protect portfolio performance, maximize value, and support successful outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle.

The Managing Director, Structured Finance Asset Management leads NEF’s Structured Finance Asset Management team and is responsible for asset management across the full Structured Finance portfolio, spanning Preservation Lending, Preferred/Preservation Equity, and Workforce/Moderate-Income Housing. The Managing Director sets the standard for strong asset management practices across the portfolio, directing assigned staff and holding the team accountable for performance, risk, and compliance outcomes. This role works closely with the SVP of Asset Management, the Head of Structured Finance to protect and optimize portfolio performance.

NEF is seeking a LIHTC modeling and structuring specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and tax/structural integrity of our Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investment models — from initial bid through closing and across the full project life cycle. This role combines deep Excel modeling expertise with tax structuring knowledge, working cross-functionally with underwriting, Fund Accounting, Investor Relations, and external counsel to keep financial models accurate, investor-ready, and aligned with current tax law.

The Vice President, Credit is responsible for credit and underwriting reviews for assigned Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project investments, including support for NEF’s Investment Review Committee process and investor inquiries  This position plays a key role in approving NEF bids for 200+ LIHTC projects/year, as part the NEF Credit team, working collaboratively with Project Management, Originations, and Investor Relations departments.

The Director of Asset Management leads NEF's Asset Management staff within a specific region and oversees the functional performance of NEF's portfolio of lower-tier investments. This role is responsible for driving sound asset management practices among the managing general partners in the  portfolio, ensuring investments remain financially healthy and well-positioned for long-term success. The Director combines hands-on portfolio oversight with team leadership, working to identify risks early, resolve problems quickly, and maintain high standards across the region's investments.

The Asset Operations Analyst supports the post-closing equity disbursement process, including maintaining key SMT data, reviewing benchmark documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and helping move disbursement requests through established approval workflows, under the direction of the Senior Asset Operations Manager.

The Asset Manager will be a member of Asset Management and will be a high caliber relationship manager and problem solver. This person will be responsible for all property and asset management issues from the development of the investment proposal throughout the life of the lower tier partnership to ensure the continuous delivery of tax credit benefits and projected passive losses.

At the direction of the General Counsel and Senior Counsel, the Associate General Counsel handles legal aspects of a wide range of transactional and compliance matters related to the Company's business.

The Project Manager will manage and coordinate due diligence and  underwriting process for lower tier Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project investments as assigned by the SVP Project Management. Responsible for ongoing communication with the designated VP Project Management, SVP Project Management, originators and investor relations staff as issues emerge.

The Head of LIHTC Originations is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of NEF’s national LIHTC originations platform. This role oversees regional and specialty LIHTC originations teams, drives national developer relationship strategy, and ensures alignment between production goals, investor needs, and organizational priorities. The Head of LIHTC Originations sets origination policy, ensures consistent execution across markets, and represents NEF as a senior leader within the LIHTC industry.
