The Vice President, State Tax Credit Equity will lead the state tax credit syndication business by developing and executing strategic plans aimed at fostering the growth and success of the state tax credit business line.

The Asset Analyst, Central Region will be a member of a Transaction and Asset Operations Team providing analytical and technical support to the Regional Managing Director and Asset Managers. This individual will collect, input, track, and review documents, establish and maintain project files and databases, complete LIHI compliance reviews; and undertake research projects as assigned. Seeking candidates in the Midwest region.

Seeking candidates in Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon; Orlando, Florida; and San Antonio, Texas.

The Vice President, Project Management is primarily responsible for directing one or more project management professionals on assigned transactions such as managing the due diligence, underwriting, investment recommendation, and lower tier closing process on proposed Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project investments. The position also posts lower tier investment closing, supports and facilitates the upper tier investment closing and project handoff to asset management.

The Vice President, Investor Relations Closing Manager is an investor’s primary point of contact at NEF during fund due diligence and closing. In conjunction with Relationship Managers, this person actively manages the structuring, investor due diligence, and closing of NEF’s multi-investor funds.

NEF is seeking Student Ambassadors to engage with NEF’s experienced business leaders, developing vital functional skills, best business practices, and teamwork attributes by being exposed to our Best and Brightest talent and each area of the organization. The program is available to juniors, seniors, and recent graduates pursuing a master’s degree. Students will work within various departments such as Asset Management, Finance, Project Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Investor Relations, and Originations. The program is a 10-week paid program running from June 3 through August 9, 2024.
