Congratulations to our partners at Depaul Properties on the groundbreaking for Mosaic Apartments, a 60-unit affordable housing complex in Schenectady, NY! The two-building development will have one four-story building with 46 apartments and a three-story building with 14 apartments.
In addition to its total affordability for households at or below 60% of the area median income, this new community will focus on sustainability with all-electric, energy-efficient components. Onsite supportive services will also be provided in 30 apartments for seniors (5) and people with disabilities (25).
