A couple of weeks ago, our partners at Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc. (PCRI) celebrated the groundbreaking of the Kafoury Court Apartments! This Portland, OR development will bring 40 new affordable housing and permanent supportive housing units to the area, providing 35 one-bedroom apartments and five studio apartments for those in need.
To integrate holistic, wrap-around services for residents, PCRI is working with Northwest Pilot Project, Inc. and Black Community of Portland for the provision of services to create an experience that is culturally responsive and empowering for residents.
