National Church Residences Celebrates Four Spring Grand Reopenings

Congratulations to our partners at National Church Residences on a few weeks of exciting festivities! National Church Residences celebrated multiple grand reopening events:

  1. Lennox House in Grand Prairie, TX,

  2. Brandywine Apartments in Richardson, TX,

  3. Christian City in Atlanta, GA, which includes Larry Moore Manor, John Sparks Manor and Gene Miller Manor, and

  4. Big Bethel Village Apartments in Atlanta, GA, which NEF's own Stacy Woodford (far left in top photo) attended as our representative.

These developments combined will provide over 400 units of affordable housing to senior populations in Texas and Georgia. We are excited for the future of these communities at the continuation of our 20-year partnership with National Church Residences to bring safe, stable, and affordable housing to those in need!

Detroit Celebrates $1 Billion in Affordable Housing Investment Milestone in 5 Years

As the nationwide housing crisis rages on, the city of Detroit is celebrating a milestone in its efforts to invest in and create more affordable housing in the past five years. Nearly 5,000 units have been added to Detroit's affordable housing stock and over $1 billion has been invested thanks to its city council, partners, developers, and the mayor.
