National Equity Fund has been named as one of Chicago’s 2021 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®. The Best and Brightest award identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.
Winners represent great organizations with cultures that inspire their employees to contribute their talents, feedback and ideas towards the overall vision of where they work. Nominees are bench-marked against other similar organizations in their region and across the nation. During the selection and evaluation process, the Best and Brightest team worked with our HR team to identify strengths and opportunities through an in-depth evaluation. NEF was assessed on categories including, communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.
While NEF is honored to receive this distinction, it’s important to remember that growth and improvement must be constant. “One of our core priorities at NEF is to invest in our people and resources and this recognition makes us proud to see we are moving forward in the right direction,” says Jaclyn Jackson, SVP and chief human resources officer. “Our people are NEF’s most important asset and the journey to expand and develop our staff to meet the needs of partners, investors and communities is far from over.”
