Recognizing NEF's Structured Finance Team's Accomplishments in the First Half of 2024

NEF would like to recognize our Structured Finance team's excellent work in the preservation and moderate income rental housing space so far this year. Our team has financed 17 developments in 11 states for a total of $256 million to preserve over 2,000 units of affordable housing!

We're looking forward to working with and establishing long-lasting partnerships with three (3) new developers: Launch Capital Partners, Community Solutions, Inc. and SDG Housing Partners.

Thanks to the steadfast momentum of our team, this year is shaping up to be another positive year to carry out our mission to expand the creation and preservation of affordable housing!
