Congratulations to our partners at TFG Housing Resources and the Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (AKA RaiseUp) on breaking ground on Western Horizon, the largest RAD development in Ohio!

Navigating the development and rehabilitation of more than 350 units of affordable housing is no easy feat.
