Our partners Kinglsey + CO and Serving Older Adults Through Changing Times (SO-ACT) lead the creation of Victory Vistas, which brings 50 units of affordable housing for seniors 55+ to the Paddock Hills community.
We are thrilled to see the promise of our EMDF initiative come to life. NEF established the EMDF to build the financial capacity and experience of developers of color to help them overcome today’s high barriers of entry in accessing LIHTC to create new affordable housing.
